VIRTUAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION

The ECEC Conference is free and virtual this year! There is no need to register.

NEED HELP? Please email ececouncilata@gmail.com for any questions or concerns. Provide your name, email and phone number and someone will get back to you ASAP.We'll have someone monitoring that email throughout the day to respond as needed.

ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS

Zoom links will be available on the Sched page on the day of the conference - just click to join! There is limited space in Zoom sessions. Attendance is first come first serve. Adding a session to your Schedule does not reserve your space, so please join Zoom a few minutes early.

• Log in using the link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
• In a session’s description window, click on the yellow button with the ▷ icon that says "Open Zoom", Click on this button. These links will become visible 10 minutes before the session starts.
• Can’t see the yellow ▷ button or can’t press it to open the Videostream? You’re either not signed in to Sched or it’s not 10 minutes before the session start time.

ECEC VIRTUAL MOSAIC

Experience the ECEC virtual mosaic at this year's ECEC Conference! Mark your participation in this unique moment in time with a photo submission to the mosaic. We want to see how you're taking in the conference this year, be it from your home office, family couch, or outdoor patio. You'll be able to upload your photo along with a quick message or favourite memory for a chance to win one of our door prizes.
